METALLIC DECORATIVE FINISH
1. DESCRIPTION
MICRO ART MC PATINE is a metallic decorative finish based on an acrylic emulsion and pigments pearl based on modified micas.
MICRO ART MC PATINE is a semi-transparent product, so the final finish depends on the color of the base to which it is applied.
2. AREA OF USE
MICRO ART MC PATINE is used only on vertical surfaces in interior spaces and has the function of giving a metallic finish to the normal MICRO ART system.
With different application techniques, we can obtain different types of finishes.
3. PRODUCT FEATURES

(2) These values require constant humidity (max. 70%) and temperature (23 ° C) and is the drying time of the surface, being 24 hours in depth.
4. APPLICATION
(a) Preparation of substrates
MICRO ART MC PATINE may only be applied over the MICRO ART system after applying a layer of acrylic sealer MICRO ART AD 91, and after this coat has been thoroughly sanded and vacuumed to ensure excellent adhesion to the substrate.
(b) Application
Before application, stir the product until it is completely homogenized.
Apply MICRO ART MC PATINE to the previously sanded and vacuumed MICRO ART AD 91 using a trowel. Spread over one or two coats with a time interval between coats in the minimum 4 hours, depending on the existing weather conditions.
After the drying time of the MICRO ART MC PATINE finish, it must be protected by applying two coats of satin acrylic varnish - MICRO ART AD 45 - or glossy - MICRO ART AD 46 - depending on the desired finish, using the techniques recommended in the technical data sheets of these products.
(c) Limitations
The performance of the MICRO ART MC PATINE must be respected as indicated above to ensure a good and lasting finish.
MICRO ART MC PATINE should not be applied at ambient and supporting temperatures below 5°C, above 30°C and relative humidity above 70%.
MICRO ART MC PATINE must be protected from the action of moisture, condensation and water for at least 7 days ( at 20 C)
Application sites must be ventilated.
(d) Additional councils
Do not add other products to the MICRO ART MC PATINE and this should be applied as presented in the original packaging.
5. PACKAGING AND VALIDITY
Packaging: buckets of 1 and 5 liters.
Shelf life
12 months as long as the condition of the original packaging is maintained, unopened, undiluted and in storage conditions protected from temperature and extreme humidity. Dry and cool places.
6. HYGIENE AND SAFETY

- May cause hypersensitivity on skin contact;
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes;
- Wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves;
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult specialist;
- Keep out of the reach of children;
- MICRO ART MC PATINE is classified according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 (CLP) and amendments and subsequent amendments, the relevant safety data sheet is available for further information. Normal safety regulations apply.
