Do not apply on in dustrial floors. It should always be coated . f) Complementary Advices • The mixing water must be free of any impurities (clays, organic matter, etc.) and drinking water should be preferably used ; • No mortar that has started its open time should be applied. Do not soften mortars by adding water after preparation ; • Do not add any other products to the mortar . PLAN LEVEL 315 should be applied as it is shown in its original packaging ; • PLAN LEVEL 315 should not be applied at ambient temperatures below 5 ºC and above 30 ºC . 5. PACKAGING AND VALIDITY Packaging 25 kg paper bags in plasticized pallets of 60 bags . Validity 12 months provided the conditions of the original packaging remain unaltered and in good storage conditions, protected from extreme temperature and humidity . 6. A P PLICA TION a) Preparation of substrates Substrates should be free of dust , release agents , loose or unstable material , efflorescence, as well as any material affecting the normal conditions of adhesion . On heterogeneous substrates or in renovation works, one coat of MICRO ART AD 21 should be applied immediately before applicat ion of PLAN LEVEL 315 . Any existing expansion or fractioning joints should be respected and a perimeter joint should be carried out with a minimum thickness of 5 mm, by applying peri pheral tape o r expanded polystyrene (styrofoam ). b) Preparation of the mixt ure Mix the mortar with 5 litres of water per bag using a slow electric mixer (500rpm), until a fluid, homogeneous, lump - free consistency is obtained . Leave the mixture to stand for 1 minute and mix again for a few seconds at a slow speed . The product may be prepared in continuous mixers with automatic water dosing . In any case, no water should be added afterwards so as not to weaken the mixture . c) Ap p lica tion Once mixed, pour the material onto the floor, using a trowel or spatula to level the surface . If ne cessary, use a spiked roller to remove any air bubbles . DESCRI PTION PLAN LEVEL 315 is a floor - levelling mortar based on hydraulic binders, calcareous and siliceous aggregates and organic and inorganic additives . PLAN LEVEL 315 is only available in grey . 2. F IELD OF USE PLAN LEVEL 315 is especially designed for levelling and smoothing concrete, screed or ceramic substrates and is therefore applicable in new construction or renovation work . It is suitable for use in thin layer s (3 – 15 mm) so as to obt ain a levelled and smooth surface ready to receive a final coa ting . PLAN LEVEL 315 has been formulated so that it can be applied manually or mechanically, the latter allowing high yields to be obtained on site. For non - current uses or on particular substrates, we recommend that you contact our Technical Service s . 3.
