PACKAGING AND VALIDITY Packaging MICRO ART AD 50 Component A in b u ckets of 1 litr e and 5 litre s and MICRO ART AD 50 Component B in b uckets of 0,1 litre s and 0,5 litre s. Valid ity 12 months provided the conditions of the original packaging remain unaltered and in good storage conditions, protected from extreme temperature and humidity . 6. HEALTH AND SAFETY ( DOES NOT REPLACE CONSULTATION OF THE PRODUCT SAFETY DATA SHEET )  May cause sensitization in contact with skin ;  Avoid contact with skin and eyes ;  Use protective clothing and appropriate gloves ;  If it comes in contact wi th eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with water and seek a specialist advice ;  Keep out of children’s reach ;  UE limit value for this product (Cat A/j ): 140 g/l (2010). This product contains at most 1 1 5 g/l COV , as per directive 2004 /42/EC. Being the conditions of applying our products out of our reach we do not take responsibility for its misuse. 2. 2 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET MICRO ART AD 50 TRANSPARENT POLYURETHANE VARNISH WITH SATIN MATT FINISH b) Mixture p repara tion Before mixing , Component A should b e mechanically stirred by using a low - speed electric mixer (300 ≈ rpm). Subsequently , ad d all of Component B to Component A and stir continu ously for 3 minute s until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Prior to the application of MICRO ART AD 50 , MICRO ART AD 92 polyurethane sealant should be applied to the subst rate, followed by the application of MICRO ART AD 50 , once the sealant is completely dry . c) A p plica tion MICRO ART AD 50 is a p pli ed in 2 o r 3 coats , by using a short hair roll or by spraying . MICRO ART AD 50 should be evenly distributed with cross - coats. In order to obtain a "seam - free" finish, overlaps of application a reas should always take place while it is fresh. Throughout the application, uniformity of consumption should be ensured. This application procedure must be carried out within the mixture pot life and as soon as poss ible , depend ing on the temperature : 20 minut e s (3 0 ̊C); 40 minute s (10 ̊C). The pot life is not detectable in its handling or workability, reason why it is essential to comply with the times described . The drying period between coat s is 8 to 12 h, depending on the weather conditions . Whenever a coat is dry, the surface should be sanded with a worn iron sandpaper . Remove dust after sanding . A fter ap plica tion , all tools and equipment should be washed with water. Once the polyurethane varnish is hardened , it can only be remov ed mec h anica lly . Throughout the cur ing of the produ ct , the area of application should be ventila ted to eliminate excess moisture . d) Restri ctions The consumption of MICRO ART AD 50 should be respected as previously stated . Lower consumptions may cause roll marks, differences in brightness and uneven surfaces . The polyurethane varnish should not be applied at room and substrate temperatures below 10 °C, above 30 °C and air relative humidity of more than 70 %. If temperature i s below 10 °C and relative humidity > 70 %, cur ing is slower, increasing drying times . The polyurethane varnish should be prote cted from the a ction of humid ity , condensa tion and water for at least 7 d ays (a t 20 ̊C) In indoor applications, rooms should be ventilated . e) Complementary Advices  N o produ ct /mi x tur e that has exceeded its time of use should be applied ;  MICRO ART AD 50 component A and MICRO ART AD 50 Component B may not , under any circum st ance , be u sed separa tely . The mi x tur e of the component s should be completely made ;  Do not add any other products to MICRO ART AD 50. It should be applied as it is shown in its original packaging .

MICRO ART AD 50 allows obtaining a film with excellent characteristics of transparency, hardness, resistance to water and chemical agents, good adhesion and good resistance to UV without yellowing . The polyurethane varnish consists of two pre - dosed components: MICRO ART AD 50 Component A – v a rni sh and MICRO ART AD 50 Component B - hardener . 2. FIELD OF USE MICRO ART AD 50 is used on indoors and outdoors floors and benches and it is intended to provide protection and finishing on cement - based decorative surfaces . 3. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS VAL UE Aspe ct Colourless liquid , glossy finish Densi ty 1,05 ± 0,002 kg/m 3 Average theoretical cons umption (1) 12 m 2 /l/ coat Drying time 8 to 12 h (2) Volatile Organic Compounds Directive 2004/42/CE DL No. 181/2006 EU limit value for this product (cat A/ j ): 140 g/l 2010; The product contains at most 1 15 g/l (1) The values are theoretical and do not inc lude additional consumptions as a consequence of porosity of the substrate , surface profile, variation in levelling, etc. (2) These values require constant conditions of air humidity (max. 70%) and temperature (23ºC). 4. A P PLICA TION a) Substrate preparation Substrate s should be dry, free of dust, release agents, loose or u nstable materials, efflorescence, as well as any type of material that affects normal adhesion conditions . The tensile strength of the substrate where it is applied shall not be less than 1,5 N/m m 2 . Correct cleaning should be carried out by removing all loose and / or friable material, preferably by industrial suction.
