Temperatuurregulerend

The ceramic filter ensures that heating costs and thus CO2 emissions decrease significantly during the heating season and that buildings are not excessively heated in the summer. The sunlight reflection in a white version goes towards 90% and in the darkest colors still more than 50%. This means that the energy costs for air conditioning in the summer can be greatly reduced, after all, what is not heated does not have to be cooled.

Moisture regulating

The ceramic filter ensures active dehumidification of the facade, restoring the original insulation value. When it rains, the ceramic filter closes and ensures that moisture cannot penetrate the building component from outside. A decrease in the moisture percentage from 4 to 2%, under the influence of ThermoProtect, means an improvement in the insulation value of no less than 50%. Rainwater that does not penetrate the walls also does not extract heat from the wall, and dry walls insulate better than damp walls. In addition, the dehumidifying effect removes the breeding ground for fungi, algae and mosses, so that they hardly develop on the facade.

ClimateCoating ThermoProtect provides long-term protection against influences such as precipitation, smog, acids and salts. The robust and elastic ceramic filter does not become brittle and hardly ages. This prevents cracks in the filter. Verwerking

ClimateCoating is easy to process. This can be done with a fleece roller. Under certain circumstances, a paint spraying machine (airless or airmix) can be used; this strongly depends on the environmental factors. For bare or absorbent surfaces, it is best to first use ThermoShield FixPlus (fixer). The theoretical consumption of ClimateCoating is 1 liter for 6 m2.

To allow all the special properties of this ceramic filter to come into their own, we advise you to apply 2 layers.
