MICRO ART ADVERTISEMENT 91

SEALANT FOR ACRYLIC SURFACES

1. BESCHRIJVING

MICRO ART AD 91 is a sealing and waterproofing surface based on a 100% acrylic polymer with self-regulating nanotechnology of the new generation.

The main properties are excellent penetration ability, filling existing pores in the coating, good chemical resistance and it also improves the color of the coating.

2. GEBRUIKSGEBIED

MICRO ART AD 91 is used on vertical or horizontal surfaces indoors and outdoors for filling pores of hard finishing surfaces, promoting adhesion, painting and improving the performance of acrylic surface protectors such as varnishes, type MICRO ART AD 45 or MICRO ART AD 46.

MICRO ART AD 91 is used as a sealant for surfaces in the MICRO ART system, in preparation for MICRO ART MC 01 or MICRO ART MC 02 for finishing MICRO ART AD 45 or MICRO ART AD 46 surface protectors or for finishing MICRO ART MC 01 or MICRO ART MC 02

Was (was) type MICRO ART AD 47. Kan voor dezelfde functie worden gebruikt voor decoratieve vloeren in het SCALA-assortiment en in architecturale elementen die zijn uitgevoerd met STRUCTURAL WHITE BETON en CONCRETE-S STRUCTURAL GREY.

MICRO ART AD 91 is toepasbaar op cementgebonden ondergronden of stenen elementen, zowel binnen als buiten.

3. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

4. TOEPASSING

(a) Voorbereiding van substraten

Oppervlakken moeten droog, stofvrij, vrij van oplosmiddelen, uiteengevallen of onstabiele materialen, uitbloeiingen en elk soort materiaal dat de normale hechting beïnvloedt, zijn.

(b) Toepassing

Voor het aanbrengen moet het product geroerd worden totdat het volledig gehomogeniseerd is.

Aanbrengen op de ondergrond met een kortharige roller, microvezelroller of borstel.

Giet het product langzaam op het oppervlak en verdeel het product in een cirkelvormige beweging, waarbij nat op nat overlapt. Laat minstens 3 uur volledig drogen en breng vervolgens

breng vervolgens de gewenste oppervlaktebescherming aan.

Schuur het oppervlak na het drogen om oneffenheden te verwijderen. In dit geval wordt het gebruik van versleten schuurpapier / P400 aanbevolen om een gladdere textuur te verkrijgen.

(c) Beperkingen

De prestaties van de MICRO ART AD 91 moeten worden gerespecteerd zoals hierboven aangegeven om een goede werking te garanderen.

MICRO ART AD 91 mag niet worden aangebracht bij omgevingstemperaturen en oppervlaktetemperaturen onder 10°C, boven 30°C en een relatieve vochtigheid van meer dan 70%.

Als de temperatuur lager is dan 10°C en de relatieve vochtigheid > 70%, dan is de uitharding langzamer, dus zal het langzamer drogen.

MICRO ART AD 91 moet gedurende minstens 7 dagen (bij 20°C) beschermd worden tegen vocht, condensatie en water

Voor toepassingen binnenshuis moeten de ruimtes geventileerd worden.

In dry weather or strong wind exposure, facades must be protected to minimize direct wind action

The product should not be processed in rainy weather or in very high humidity or when rain is expected within 24 hours after application. These conditions can compromise the normal functioning of the MICRO ART AD 91.

(d) Aanvullend advies

Do not add any other products to the MICRO ART AD 91 and use it as in the original packaging.

5. VERPAKKING EN GELDIGHEID

Verpakking: emmers van 1 en 5 liter.

Houdbaarheid

12 maanden, zolang de oorspronkelijke verpakking en opslagcondities ongewijzigd blijven

beschermd tegen extreme temperaturen en vochtigheid.

6. HYGIËNE EN VEILIGHEID

- Vermijd contact met de huid en ogen;

- Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves;

- Bij contact met de ogen onmiddellijk met overvloedig water uitspoelen en een specialist raadplegen;

- Buiten bereik van kinderen bewaren;

- EU-limiet voor dit product (Cat A / g): 30 g / l (2010). Dit product bevat maximaal 15 g/l VOC, afhankelijk van Richtlijn 2004/42/EG.
