A P PLICA TION a) Substrate p reparation Substrate s should be dry, free of dust, release agents, loose or u nstable materials, efflorescence, as well as any type of material that affects normal adhesion conditions . b) A p plica tion Prior to application, the product should be stirred until it is completely homogenised . Apply over the substrate by using a short hair, a microfiber roll o r a conventional wax ap plica tor . Pour the product sparingly on the surface and spread it in circular move ments, overlapping the areas covered while they are fresh. Allow to dry completely for at least 3 hours and then apply the chosen surface protector . A fter drying , sand the surface so as to remove any irregulari ty . In this case, it is recommended to use a worn iron sandpaper so as to obt ain a smoother textur e . c) Re stri ctions The consumption of MICRO ART AD 9 1 should be respected as previously stated, so as to guarantee good performance . MICRO ART AD 9 1 should not be applied at room and substrate temperatures below 10 °C, above 30 °C and air relative humidity of more than 70 % . If temperature is below 10 °C and relative humidity > 70 %, curing is slower, increasing drying times . MICRO ART AD 9 1 should be protected from the action of humidity, condensation and water for at least 7 d ays (a t 20 ̊C) In indoor applications, rooms should be ventilated . In dry weather or in strong winds, facades should be protected to minimize the direct action of wind . Application of the product should not take place in case of rain or high humidity or if rain i s expected within 24 hours of application. These conditions may compromise the normal behaviour of MICRO ART AD 9 1 . d) Complementary Advices Do not add any other products to MICRO ART AD 9 1 . It should be applied as it is shown in its original packaging .

Validity 12 months provided the conditions of the original packaging remain unaltered and in good storage conditions, protected from extreme temperature and humidity . 6. DESCRI PTION MICRO ART AD 91 i s a surface sealant and waterproofing agent based on a new generation self - reticulating 100% acr y lic polymer - nanotec h nolog y . Its main characteristics are: excellent penetration ability, filling existing pores in the coating, good chemical resistance and also enhancer of coating colour . 2. FIELD OF USE MICRO ART AD 91 is used on vertical or horizontal surfaces indoors and outdoors and it is intended to fill pores of rigid surfaces of finishes , pro moting ad h e sion , finish lacquer ing and providing performance increase of acrylic surfaces prote ctor s such as v a rni sh es like MICRO ART AD 45 o r MICRO ART AD 46 . MICRO ART AD 91 is used as surface se a lant in the M ICRO ART system , prepar ing MICRO ART MC 01 o r MICRO ART MC 02 to receive su rface prote ctor s like MICRO ART AD 45 o r MICRO ART AD 46 o r waxes , such as MICRO ART AD 47 .
