3. 3 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET MICRO ART MC 02 FINE FINISH MORTAR IN THE MICRO ART SYSTEM e) Restri c tions MICRO ART MC 02 should not be applied at room and Substrate temperatures below 10 °C and above 30 °C and air relative humidity of more than 70% . In hot and/or dry weather or when Substrate s are directly exposed to sun rays , use shading mechanisms, Substrate should be previously wetted and application should only be started when it is dry . If temperature is below 10 °C and relative humidity > 70 %, the cur ing of MICRO ART MC 02 is slower, increasing drying times . Application in the presence of strong win ds may cause cracking of the system. In such case, walls should be protected so as to minimize the effects of wind action . In indoor applications, areas should be ventilated . Because it is a high - performance architectural finish, application of this coat ing should be done only by specialized teams. Because it is a coating without joints, the work should be coordinated to avoid interruptions. It shall be necessary to determine where to start the work (at the point opposite the exit), and also to calculate the number of applicators required for each work front. Ensure that during application the coating is not dirty or stained, always wearing clean footwear as well as avoiding water, sweat or any other type of liquid that may stain the surface . f) Complementar y Advices  No mortar that has exceeded its open time should be applied. Do not soften mortars by adding water or any other component after preparation ;  Component A and component B of MICRO ART MC 02 may not under any circumstances be used separately;  Do n ot add any other products to the mortar . MICRO ART MC 02 should be applied as it is shown in its original packaging . 5. PACKAGING AND VALIDITY Packaging 3 and 12 kg buckets , with the corresponding component A and component B. Valid ity 12 months provi ded the conditions of the original packaging remain unaltered and in good storage conditions, protected from extreme temperature and humidity .

2. 2 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET MICRO ART MC 02 FINE FINISH MORTAR IN THE MICRO ART SYSTEM 4. A P PLICA TION a) Substrate preparation MICRO ART MC 02 is a p pli ed on surfaces prepar ed with MICRO ART MC 01. MICRO ART MC 01 technical file should be consulted for more details on the previous ap pli ca tion stages . So as to apply MICRO ART MC 02, the surface of MICRO ART MC 01 shall have been sanded and cleaned . The latter should be consistent , waiting for a 4 - ho ur minimum cur ing time for MICRO ART MC 02 application. b) Mortar preparation Stir component B well. Pour all the contents into the bucket. Gradually add all of component A while mixing the components with a low - speed electric m ixer . Pause the mixture for about two minutes and re - mix until a smooth, lump - free mixture is obtained. Mixing of compo nents A and B should be carried out in its entirety, and packaging should not be divided by several kneadings . c) A p plica tion MICRO ART MC 02 should be applied by using a trowel in at least two layers , with thicknesses of not more than 0,5 mm each . To obtain a quality finish , each layer should be worked as if it were the final one, eliminating burrs and sanding between layers to eliminate any irregularities . At this stage, a worn iron may be used , a bout 3 ho urs after the layer ap plica tion ( air humidity condit ions <70% and temperature 20 ° C). Finally, dust extraction and surface cleaning should be carried out . MICRO ART MC 02 final layer should be applied on the previous one while still fres h but su f ficient ly hardened to enable the sanding . If it is too dry , th e last two layers should be repe a t ed so as to ensure this requirement . The type of tool and the way of working determine the appearance of the coating , whereby the use of a flex ible trowel allows for a smoother aspect and a more rigid trowel shall make the tool’s mark more evident o r the tradit ional “burned” effect . The mar k s of “burned” effect are clearer in lighter colours . So as to obt ain a more n atural aspect, a spatula should be used in all directions, in wavy lines so as to make the application sequen ce imperceptible. If any anomalies arise in the application of the last layer, patches are not recommended . In such a situation, you should re - sand the entire surface, clean and reapply a new layer of MICRO ART MC 02 . d) Surface protectors The application o f a surface protector is mandatory a fter execu tion of MICRO ART MC 02 . For its ap plica tion , the system should be dry, with a cure time of 24 hours to 7 days . MICRO ART MC 02 is suitable for receiving surface protectors of the type: MICRO ART AD 45 glossy a crylic varnish; MICRO ART AD 46 satin acrylic varnish; MICRO ART AD 47 concentrated wax or MICRO ART AD 50 polyurethane varnish . Prior to application of MICRO ART AD 45 o r MICRO ART AD 46 finishes , MICRO ART AD 91 sealant should always be applied .

1. 1 TECHNICAL DATA SHEET MICRO ART MC 02 FINE FINISH MORTAR IN THE MICRO ART SYSTEM 1. DESCRIPTION MICRO ART MC 02 is a cement - based hydraulic mortar modified with organic and aerial binders. It also has special additives that guarantee resistance to water and cracking. It is a t wo - component product , MICRO ART MC 02 Component A and MICRO ART MC 02 Component B. MICRO ART MC 02 is available in various colours (see catalogue ). 2. FIELD OF USE MICRO ART MC 02 is an integral part of the MICRO ART decorative system , corresponding to the fine finish . MICRO ART MC 02 is a p pli ed on indoors and outdoor s floors and walls prepar ed with MICRO ART MC 01 , when a smooth finish is to be obtained in the MICRO ART system . Only with MICRO ART MC 02 may “nuances” be achieved a s well as the “ burned ” effect, c h a rac ter istic in this innovative micro cement system . 3.
